Known the world over for its magic and mythology the north coast of Antrim is waiting to be explored and enjoyed. We are ideally situated in Glenmakeeran - The glen of the Rowan Tree - for your journey to begin. Please read our extensive brouchure collection and plan a trip that covers the centuries.

Based on the best selling novel 'Nut Hollow, the Knife and Nefairious' you can retrace the steps of the residents of Nut Hollow. All the places mentioned in the book are literally on our doorstep, from Knock Layde to Rathlin Island. Please ask for further details but remember you have been warned...strange creatures lurk within!

The heartbeat of Ireland is her traditional music. We are lucky here in north Antrim to have so many fine musicians and great bars in which to play. From reels on the accordion to jigs on the banjo to songs and stories you will hear it here. We highly recommend you visit some of Ireland's oldest musical pubs, O'Connor's (Thursday nights), The House of McDonnell (Friday nights) in Ballycastle. The Marine Hotel (Sunday 7-9pm March-October). Musicians of all ages very welcome. Please check us out on the video above from Travelchannel.com!! Everything on the video is just minutes away from the house.
